Best BCAAIf you are familiar with the current fitness supplement market nowadays, you know that supplements containing essential amino acids are all the rage nowadays, especially in body-building and other sports where you need lots of muscle mass. This is because amino acids are the best source for the building blocks to produce more muscle mass.

One of the top-selling amino acid supplements out there happens to be the aptly (?) named Best BCAA. However, top-selling doesn’t necessarily mean top-performing. The fitness supplement industry and accompanying market can both be quite shady, and marketing campaigns often pushing the hype too far.

Does Best BCAA really work? Is it worth the steep price tag? Is there any list of Best BCAA side effects? Let’s find out.

The ,manufacturers of best BCAA are based out of Utah, which should be a major red flag for anyone looking to purchase supplements. That’s because Utah is the US capital of fraudulent supplements, since regulation is so poor in that state. Not a good sign at all. Let’s keep that in mind, shall we?

So what active ingredients are in this product exactly? Well, they are all essential amino acids, plus another major source of protein:

  • L-Valine
  • L-Leucine
  • L-Isoleucine
  • Whey

Now, all of the above mentioned active ingredients have been proven in clinical studies to increase muscle mass, yet what is keeping us from giving it a ringing endorsement? That would be the fact that the list of Best BCAA side effects is much longer than the list of its active ingredients (!)

User reviews regarding Best BCAA (not found on their website, obviously- we had to do some online detective work) show that people who tried Best BCAA complained of side effects such as headaches, nausea, vomiting, unusual (and sometimes painful) bowel movements, insomnia and tiredness/ fatigue. Not a pretty list at all!

So, if we are honest here, we cannot possible endorse this product. The list of negative side effects is nearly twice as long as the list of active ingredients! No supplement worth its weight should have such a statistic! Bottom line, if you are looking for a safe and effective supplement to put on more muscle mass, this product is NOT for you.
